                      do check the %SOLD rates for each neighbourhood.

             Most Active Price Range: Homes in the $700,001-$800,000 have  stable market with  a strong
                    21.2 %SOLD rate, an average of 22 (DOM)a sales and List-Sales price discounts of $10,900.  

             Least Active Price Range:Homes over $1.25 million with 93 active marketed listings resulted in  
                     no sales last month.
